field of which 38 years was spent as a Laboratory Director of a large medical
group in Chula Vista.

Formerly a Forensic Alcohol Supervisor for the Chula Vista
Clinical Laboratory, a California licensed Forensic Alcohol Laboratory.

Over 25 years of experience in forensic and clinical toxicology,
including consultations with the legal community, hearings, depositions
and court testimony.

Testified over 400 times in the California Municipal,
Superior and Military Courts on alcohol and other drugs of abuse issues.

Testified over 100 times in DMV/APS hearings.
